I wanted to write to express my continued delight at your great customer service and excellent workmanship.  I intend to recommend you to all my friends in the future!

We have had many plumbing issues in our flats over the years and have had some bad experiences with plumbing firms. I have to say some of these experiences were with a firm that is huge and states it has excellence as its motto. My fiancée found out about Atlantic some year or so ago and we had a service from your firm. This was really a good experience as your engineer informed us our boiler was fine- a previous engineer from another firm had said our boiler was a rubbish make and was wrong for our flat. This time round your engineer was polite and helpful. We have some problems that do need to be resolved but I had every confidence that your service was professional and honest when we were informed of that. Your receptionist Camilla is a real asset. I messed her around with changing the initial service appointment and she could not have been more understanding. She then informed me on the day that the engineer was running a bit late and would be with us closer to 5pm (the window being 3-5 pm). I have never  had a company inform us of that before in London- you just get a time and you are expected to sit there just hoping someone turns up in the allocated time. Finally Camilla phoned me this week to quote the price of the parts we need and to ensure I was happy with this. She has a great manner and is really professional.  Thank you. I wanted to write this as I know too often companies only get the complaints not the compliments. It really is reassuring to know that Atlantic cares about its customers as it does
