Just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with you and your team’s quick action on the recent problems with the boiler in my flat. Everybody knows what a nightmare it is to be without heating and hot water in the middle of winter. Therefore, to have everything fixed within a few hours was close to a miracle. Not to mention that you and your colleague updated me on the progress of the work via sms while I was at work.
