DRAIN SURVEY
Blockages and drainage issues can be disruptive, unpleasant, and even cause damaging flooding. To prevent costly and repetitive call-outs, Atlantic offers a comprehensive drain survey using the latest CCTV technology. This allows a thorough optical examination of drains of at least four-inch diameter, with precise identification of any defects, such as root infestations, pipe collapse, or blockages.
Surveys pinpoint the exact location and distance of any problems, minimising unnecessary excavation work. On completion, a DVD of the survey is supplied, which can be particularly useful when dealing with insurance claims. Most importantly, a drain survey provides a clear plan for preventative maintenance, giving property owners peace of mind.
We also offer a “visual only” survey for a competitively priced option, which includes lifting manhole covers and checking for blockages and flow, without CCTV examination.
